Bridge of Hope BuxMont is thrilled to present our fall benefit concert featuring I AM THEY: The In Between Tour. They will be joined by Jonathan Traylor. I AM They is well known for such hits as: Faithful God, Scars, My Feet Are on the Rock and more. Jonathan is a gifted songwriter and brings energy & passion for worship to the stage. This concert benefits the ministry of Bridge of Hope BuxMont as we work to end and prevent homelessness for single mothers and their children in Bucks and Montgomery counties. This unique approach has proven long-term success in helping families attain safe and sustainable permanent housing, nurture family stability and achieve financial self-sufficiency.
